At UCB, we know that you will love banking with us. To get you started off on the right foot we have created a convenient switch kit to make it easy to switch all your accounts to bank with us. The kit is available for download below and contains the following:

1. Account Balance Worksheet: To help you balance and prepare to close your old account.
2. Account Closure Request: To give to your old bank so that they can prepare to close your accounts.
3. Deposit and Payment Checklist: A checklist to make certain all of your direct deposit and automatic payments are redirected to your new UCB account.
4. Direct Deposit Change Form: To give to your employer to set up your new payroll direct deposit.
5. Automatic Debit Change Form: To give to each company you have setup for automatic payments.
